A Google search for facts about Reading yields few results, aside from a couple of things about King Henry I. However, one thing we do know about Reading (and something that vaguely justifies this tenuous introduction), is that our illustrator of the day, Max Lockwood, lives there. Throughout his studies in illustration at Southampton Solent University, Max has developed a wonderfully detailed pen-and-ink style; we were particularly smitten with his monochrome drawings.
